Today more and more Christians are realizing there is a whole lot more to being a Christian than many been taught. They may not be quite sure just what the “more” is,but in their heart there is a hunger to know and understand the Word ofGod. Due to that lack of knowledge, many misconceptions have beenformed in the minds of God’s people.
1Corinthians 2
This chapter opens with Paul introducing himself and letting theCorinthians know, the revelations I am going to share with you are revelations never before revealed by the Spirit of God in any other dispensation. The wisdom I’m going to speak is not man’s wisdom.
As you study this chapter you will find some very exciting news. The most exciting message in this chapter, to me is that we can understand the things of God.We have been given the spirit from God, that we might know andunderstand, appreciate and welcome the things of God. { I suggest youread the entire chapter several times}
Bible faith is acting on the Word of God given for the Church. The first step toward living by faith is to study the New Testament because the revelations given there are specifically for the “age of grace” often called the “Church age” As we study these revelations our belief system is changed. This is necessary to live by faith. Changingwhat we believe to line up with God’s own words, is a process referredto by Paul in Romans 12:1-2 . This tells us the way we are transformed{begin to give expression to the life of God within us} is to renew ourmind. This is talking about renewing the mind in the inner recess ofthe soul. Our mission is help those with questions, find answers asthey are recorded in the Word of God. If you have a question aboutChristianity, we look forward to hearing from you.
Go ahead, express yourself!
God bless,
Chandra and Manju
